IDM Automation expands into Türkiye and France

IDM Automation expands international footprint with strategic partnerships in Turkey and France.

IDM Automation is accelerating its international expansion with two new strategic collaborations, marking a significant step in strengthening its presence across key European and Middle Eastern markets.

The Italian company has announced partnerships with Aybil Bilişim in Turkey and Stocovia ID in France, aimed at delivering advanced automation solutions combined with enhanced local support.

Building local infrastructure to support global growth

At the core of both agreements is the creation of a structured local service network — a critical factor in ensuring operational efficiency and customer trust in new markets. In Turkey, Aybil Bilişim will oversee first-line support and on-site service activities, enabling faster response times and closer proximity to customers.

A similar role will be carried out in France by Stocovia ID, ensuring consistent service quality and local engagement. By combining IDM Automation’s expertise in industrial automation and innovative technologies with the strong market knowledge of its local partners, the collaborations are designed to deliver tailored, high-performance solutions to customers in both regions.

Turkey and France as strategic entry points

The choice of Turkey and France reflects a targeted approach to international growth, focusing on markets with strong industrial and cosmetic production. As highlighted by Sales Manager Daniele Tozza, the development of a local service infrastructure plays a key role in supporting this expansion: “The creation of a service infrastructure is fundamental to building trust in new markets. Thanks to these two agreements, we are beginning to expand our presence internationally in a concrete way. Turkey and France are just the beginning, but they are also countries with strong cosmetic production. We look forward to reaching further agreements in other markets.”

A scalable model for future expansion

These partnerships represent more than isolated agreements; they outline a scalable model for IDM Automation’s international growth strategy. By integrating technological expertise with localised service capabilities, the company is positioning itself to support customers more effectively while building long-term relationships in key markets.

With Turkey and France as initial milestones, IDM Automation signals its intention to continue expanding its global network, creating new opportunities for customers and partners within the cosmetics and industrial automation sectors.
