The French industrial group Fysol, backed by fifty years of experience, is confirming its rapid entry into the Türkiye market with the official acquisition of Beşler, a flagship company based in Kayseri. Exclusive control of Beşler Cam Elyaf has therefore been transferred to Fysol Bidco Cam Elyaf Sanayi, the Turkish subsidiary established by the French group.
Strategic production in Kayseri
Beşler has been operating in Kayseri since 1997, with its cotton yarn factory located in the First Organized Industrial Zone. The company is ranked among the most important firms listed in “Türkiye’s Second 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises”, published by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry.
Its glass fiber production facility, Beşler Glass, is located in the İncesu Organized Industrial Zone. Covering an area of 85,000 m² with two furnaces and production lines, the plant helps meet the growing demand for glass fiber in Türkiye and internationally. According to the company’s website, production capacity will reach 120,000 tons following new investments, confirming Beşler’s position among the world leaders in the composites sector.

Fysol, which will take exclusive control of Beşler Glassfiber, has built strong industrial expertise over the past fifty years. Based in Chambéry, France, the company produces glass fiber—particularly chopped fiber—offering a wide range of high-quality products for the thermoplastics industry. It is also recognized for its high-performance production, widely used in the aerospace sector.
