As part of our operational consultancy services for Laboratoires SVR, a France-based dermocosmetics company, we are currently seeking to recruit a Collections Specialist to be based at the company’s Istanbul Bakırköy office. The selected candidate will report directly to the Finance and Administrative Manager and will play a key role in supporting the company’s cash flow and customer account management processes.

Job description

• Establish contact with customers to ensure timely and regular collection of payments,
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure successful collection,
• Manage and monitor the entire collections process systematically,
• Prepare relevant reports.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections,
• Experience with DBS uploads (Direct Debit System),
• Experience in processing credit card payments,
• Preferably has worked with pharmacies and independent healthcare professionals,
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree from Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences or relevant departments,
• Possesses strong negotiation, communication, and representation skills,
• Experienced in reconciliation and financial analysis,
• Knowledgeable in accounting,
• Team-oriented,
• Fast and solution-oriented,
• Proficient in advanced Excel,
• Skilled in reporting,
• For male candidates: military service must be completed,
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul’s European side,
• Holds a Class B driver’s license and has no restrictions on domestic travel.
